Why EU Formula?

It's simple: In Europe, baby formula is subject to stricter regulations than in the USA. European regulations ban synthetic nutrients like lutein, and L-methionine—ingredients often processed with toxic solvents or considered harmful. European formulas are also free from preservatives, added cane sugar, high fructose corn syrup, soy, gluten, artificial flavorings, and coloring. This makes European baby formula the purest and safest way to feed your baby.

1. Pesticides

The European Commission require no detectable levels of pesticide residues in any infant formula. The FDA test baby formula to make sure that pesticides don't 'exceed the limit'.

2. FDA regulations are more relaxed

The FDA does not regulate the baby formula industry in the same way as the European Union. European regulations ban synthetic nutrients like lutein, and L-methionine—ingredients often processed with toxic solvents or considered harmful. European formulas are also free from preservatives, added cane sugar, high fructose corn syrup, soy, gluten, artificial flavorings, and coloring.

3. Sugar

American baby formula manufacturers often use ingredients such as dextrose, glucose, and sucrose, which are commonly added as caloric sweeteners in many processed foods and drinks. European formula uses lactose as a natural sweetener, mirroring the primary sugar found in breastmilk.

4. Stages for your baby

The FDA regulates “Infant Formula” which is formula made for infants from birth – 12 months. Whereas in the EU, all baby formula is broken down into stages (0 - 6 months and 6 - 12 months) and the  nutrition is much more tailored for specific age groups.
